This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how BJL MARINE GROUP LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as One Stop Experiences (“One Stop Experiences”, “OSE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) treats information collected or provided when a user ("you" or "User") visits or uses the OSE Platform and related services (the “OSE Platform”). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Any capitalized terms used and not defined in this Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
Please note that the use of the OSE Platform constitutes your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree with how we handle your information, please do not visit or use the OSE Platform. The OSE Platform is only intended for use in the United States and the personal information you provide us will be stored in the United States.
This Policy applies to all information collected by or provided to us on or after the Effective Date. We will periodically review and revise this Policy as we modify the OSE Platform and will update the Effective Date above upon any such changes. We will treat your continued use of the OSE Platform following such changes as your acceptance of them. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy.
If our practices change regarding previously collected Personal Information in a way that would be materially less restrictive than those policies in effect at the time we collected the information, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and to obtain consent to any such uses as may be required by law, but we will not be liable for any failure to do so.
Because we respect your privacy, we are committed to policies established for the collection and/or use of your “Personal Information,” which is hereby defined as “full name, username, postal address, phone number, email address, age, birth date, and any information that could be used to identify, contact, or locate you directly without using the OSE Platform.”
For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Information does not include your photograph or other image. We maintain separate policies governing the use of photographs and media, including within the Terms of Service.
By using the OSE Platform, you authorize us to collect, parse, and retain data related to providing and improving the OSE Platform. You may avoid further data collection by uninstalling the app from your mobile device and not otherwise using the OSE Platform.
When you visit or use the OSE Platform, we may collect information about you in the following general categories:
Location Information: We may collect precise location data through the app when it is used by Providers if the Providers' devices permit such information collection. We may collect this information when Providers use certain functionality, such as navigating to a location to provide services. We may also derive a Provider’s approximate location from a Provider’s IP address. The OSE Platform may utilize geo-location features to match Users, update Users on the status of Providers en route to perform services, confirm that a Provider performed services, and improve the OSE Platform.
Transaction and Activity Information: We may collect details related to your use of the OSE Platform, such as the type of service requested, date and time of service, distance traveled (if applicable), intra-User communications metadata, ratings and reviews, and other related activity details.
Identity Verification and Provider Registration: To register as a Provider, you may need to provide additional Personal Information, such as a government-issued identification and other verification details. We may share certain information with partners who assist with identity verification or background checks to help protect the community and comply with applicable law.
OSE does not process or store payment information between Users. Any payment arrangements are handled directly between Users outside of the OSE Platform.
Customer Support: We may collect Personal Information through your communications with our customer-support team.
Usage and Preference Information: We may collect information generated automatically about how you and visitors interact with the OSE Platform, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. When we associate such information with specific Personal Information, we will treat the combination as Personal Information.
Communications Between Users: As an enhanced privacy feature, we may use third-party services (such as Twilio) to mask telephone numbers used during calls or texts (SMS) between Users. We may store call or message metadata (such as date/time/duration) and, where applicable, message content to support safety, support, and platform integrity.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, such as hardware model, operating system/version, software names/versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
Log Information: When you interact with the OSE Platform, we may collect server logs, which may include device IP addresses, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, browser type, and the third-party site/service accessed immediately prior to interacting with the OSE Platform.
Third-Party Site Account Access: If you log in to the OSE Platform through a social networking site, such as Google or Facebook, we may collect your authentication token, registration information, and account identification number and use that information to provide you with access to your account on the OSE Platform.
We may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests by public authorities, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, protect the safety of Users or the public, or enforce our Terms of Service.
OSE is a technology platform that connects Users. We do not own, operate, supervise, or control any services, rentals, or activities offered by Providers. Information shared with Providers is subject to their own privacy practices and policies. We are not responsible for how third parties collect, use, or disclose information once it has been shared with them.
We use Personal Information for OSE Platform-related purposes, including to:
- contact you in connection with your OSE-related activities (including confirmations, account verification, push notifications, or important alerts);
- provide identification and authentication;
- provide customer support;
- support security and fraud prevention;
- perform identity verification and background checks (where applicable);
- operate, maintain, and improve the OSE Platform.
We may anonymize or aggregate data collected through the OSE Platform and use it for any authorized purpose.
To operate the OSE Platform and support your activities, we may share Personal Information with vendors, agents, and third-party service providers (for example: analytics, infrastructure, communications tooling, identity verification, and background checks). When these providers collect or process information on our behalf, they are governed by contractual obligations and their own privacy practices.
Other Users: When you request or provide services through the OSE Platform, we may display certain information to other Users (for example: your name, approximate location, rating, and job-site details you choose to share) to facilitate the service arrangement.
Social Networking and Other Websites: The OSE Platform may allow you to share information with social networking websites. Their use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies, and you may be able to modify your privacy settings on their websites.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law. We cannot control how such entities may use or disclose such information.
With Your Permission: We may also disclose your Personal Information with your permission.
Research and Development: We may use the information we collect for testing, research, analysis and product development to improve and enhance the safety and security of our services and develop new features and products.
Like most online services and mobile applications, we and our third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your activity from the computer or devices you use to access the OSE Platform. You can modify your browser/device settings to reject cookies, but this may affect availability and functionality of the OSE Platform.
OSE does not routinely monitor private communications between Users. However, we reserve the right to review communications if required to investigate violations of our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety and integrity of the Platform.
You may be able to access and edit your Personal Information by signing into the app, accessing the Settings menu, and then viewing and updating your account information. We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.
The OSE Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under eighteen years of age. If we become aware that a user under eighteen has provided Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information and terminate the associated account.

Your OSE profile is password-protected so that only you and authorized personnel have access to your account information. Do not give your password to anyone. We will never proactively reach out to you and ask for your password. If you share a computer or mobile device, sign out of your account and close the browser window before someone else logs on.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
This Policy applies solely to information collected by the OSE Platform. The OSE Platform may contain links to other websites or online services; we are not responsible for other websites’ privacy practices. We advise Users upon leaving the OSE Platform to carefully review the privacy statements of any website that collects personally identifiable information.
